Our Story

Hi! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I'm Kate Prater, the creator and owner of WreNova Designs.

When the pandemic sent me home from my office job in March 2020, it didn't take long for my creative itch to kick in. Over the next several years, I dove into every art form my time (and budget) would allow — until one interest took over completely: crystals and cool rocks. The Earth never ceases to amaze me with the beauty it forms, and that fascination is what led me to start turning crystals into jewelry and display art.

These days, I split my time between working full-time in data and crafting and creating at night — all while being a wife and mom to my two awesome kids, Nova & Wren. My family has been incredibly supportive of my creative endeavors, and they're my biggest cheerleaders as I work toward a full-time maker career.
